I was very close to purchasing 6 pairs if jeans. Thanks to you all for warning me away from this company. I'm disappointed as these jeans where gonna be a Christmas present for my mother in law. Any suggestions from anyone for a sight that is lav it and have great products I'm in Melbourne Australia: 0) thank goodness I came accross This page and I'm sorry to everyone who got scammed. I've been scammed before and one if those scams was my wedding ring so very sad about that. Thanks Stace. P.s. As stated by many ladies the sizing is problematic in that there is no consistency from one dress to another dress, and that is using their sizing guide, they are either to small or to large. Fabric is of poor quality, construction of garment is shoddy (unfinished seams and other problems with the item). Return policy is painful slow and if you choose to return your purchase it is very expensive to return the item to China (e.g. From Ontario Canada I paid 115.40 to return the items). I highly advise you to avoid this company.

Stay away! Don't worry about the size (they are inconsistent), worry about terrible quality, non-existent returns, and lack of customer service (unless they respond to a site such as this one, but when you follow up, nothing!). SCAM!

This company's sizing is nowhere near the American and Canadian standards. The XL size dress would not even fit My daughter who wears a medium size. The USA should ban this company from doing business in our country to prevent further victimization of customers.

I would not recommend this company. Not only are their sizes completely off, but the quality of work is terrible, and if there is a problem returning items is a complete nightmare. I was able to return the horrible dresses purchased but did not get shipping back just money for dresses. Avoid this company.

I ordered 3 leggings and one sweater. Only 2 of 3 leggings came 1 is either being stolen or lost or... Leggings are too small and short. The sweater looks similar to what I ordered. The colors in general are OK but I think they are a rip off as I have sent them an email regarding my lost item and they never replied back!

Dear Sarah, You have to be careful with the size. I use to wear S or XS size when i go to shopping. But on this website, i place an order for clothes in the M size for a dress and in L size for a coat. Ericdress is an Asian company so the size run more for the Asian market. For a european or American market it is a little bit different. Moreover, you have to be very precise in your shipping address. I hope this will be helpful for you. Have a good day. They are extremely slow, if they say you'll have the parcel in 2-3 wks it means 7 wks or more! I am waiting to see the quality of what they make since I haven't got the parcel yet! In general this company doesn't care much about customer satisfaction and I am not sure how they will compete with companies such as Amazon or ebay that do everything to make you happy!

All of the above responses should give you a pretty good idea of what this company is like. I, like many others left a very detailed review of my experience with them. Please, spare yourself the headache, and do not order from Ericdress. I have noticed they are constantly on this website and they sound so nice and accommodating, but that is just an act. In reality the customer service is horrible, and like others have said they actually try to put the blame on you when you voice that you are dissatisfied with the merchandise! Believe me, you don't want to have that conversation with them. Also, at least in my experience, the merchandise was misrepresented and very shoddy. It also took forever to arrive, I was told repeatedly to "be patient" no explanation was ever given. They are very evasive. Please, don't give this company a penny of your hard earned money!

Please know they are from China. You will not be able to return it. It seems cheaper to buy from this site but only if you have another idea for the item in case it doesn't fit. Again... you will not be able to return it.
